At Pita Place we make every effort to prepare and serve our food in the most traditional style possible. Our goal is to bring the atmosphere of the neighborhood falafel stand to you in Fairbanks, Alaska. The falafel and all of the toppings and condiments are prepared with a Middle Eastern touch and we make the pitas in a specially imported Israeli pita oven. All of our products, from our baklava and spreads to our pitas and falafel mix, are freshly made from our original recipes.
